PTA is partnering with Hamilton Park Neighborhood Association to hold a winter craft fair on Wednesday, December 4th, during the Farmer's Market. Involve the kids to create handcrafted projects for sale and turn a profit! Info & sign up at: http://bit.ly/dec4craft.

We will have tools, gardening gloves (and maybe even hot cocoa). Bring your enthusiasm! Details about event:
* Hamilton Park circular children's garden: we will plant crocus and muscari on the edges of the beds.
* Fire Station at Marin Blvd and 8th Street: we will plant flowering bulbs inside the 3 tall concrete planters and the two beds. We will need most of the volunteers here. If coming from Newport, go no further :)

2 years ago parent volunteers started Juice It Up!, a parent-run initiative that collects uneaten fruit to juice up and redistribute to students in class. Waiver forms for students to participate in the Healthy Initiatives Juice It Up! program will be going home this week and are also downloadable.
