Enrichment Scholarship Application Spring 2026

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

Cordero PS 37 PTA has a limited number of need-based scholarships available for students to attend Cordero PTA Enrichment classes free of charge. These after-school Enrichment classes are held at Cordero one day a week for a total of 10 sessions, from February 9th, 2026 - May 7th, 2026 (with makeup class dates following, if needed).

Please review and complete this application if you and your child are interested in applying for the scholarship program. Scholarships will be chosen and allocated to students who have an interest in the topic. We ask that if you do participate, you agree to FULL commitment that your child will attend all the classes to complete the class program. **If classes are missed, you may not be eligible for scholarships in the future.**

Parents/guardians who wish to have their children participate in Enrichment programs do need to be a member of the PTA, which involves a $15 membership fee. You can sign up to become a member here: www.ps37pta.org  If you are unable to pay this fee, please reach out to enrichment@ps37pta.org.

If you choose to fill out a physical form, please return it to the main office or email it to enrichment@ps37pta.org (subject line: Enrichment Scholarship Application) by Monday, January 19th. A printable copy of this application can be found here:

You do not have to return anything if you fill out the digital version. After January 19th 2026, we cannot accept any applications.
