Enrichment Scholarship Application

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Cordero PS 37 PTA has a limited number of need based scholarships available for students to attend Cordero PTA Enrichment classes free of charge.  These after-school Enrichment classes are held at Cordero one day a week for 10 weeks, from October 15th, 2024 - January 27th, 2025.

Please review and complete this application if you and your child have interest in applying for the scholarship program.  Scholarships will be chosen and allocated to students who have an interest in the topic. We ask that if you do participate, you agree to full commitment that your child will attend all of the classes to complete the class program. 

Parents/guardians who wish to have their children participate in Enrichment programs do need to be a member of the PTA, which involves a $10 membership fee. You can sign up to become a member here: www.ps37pta.org. 

The deadline for the students and parents/guardians to complete the application is Wednesday, September 25, 2024.  Please provide completed scholarship forms to the main office or email to  enrichment@ps37pta.org (subject line: Enrichment Scholarship Application); A digital option is also available at https://forms.gle/pqrvuFgmwy4J2nAx8. We will collect them for our review and consideration.
